Why does my rate differ from my bank or card provider?
Rate Pocket shows daily reference exchange rates. Banks, card networks, exchanges, and payment providers may use a different rate and may add a spread or fee.
Does Rate Pocket send push notifications?
No. Rate alerts are checked when the app refreshes a rate while the app is open. Rate Pocket does not request notification permission or send background alerts.
Where are my favorites and conversions stored?
Favorites, cached rates, alerts, and recent conversion history are stored locally on your device. They are not synced to an account.
How can I remove my saved data?
You can remove favorites, alerts, and recent conversions from inside the app. Uninstalling Rate Pocket removes the remaining local app data from that device.
Which currencies are supported?
The available currencies come from the exchange-rate service and may change over time. Open the currency picker or Market tab to see the current list.
